When to use this reference

Use the ladder and feature comparison when choosing a level or checking why a feature is locked. This comparison covers the web calculator, not the Excel workbook.

Key concepts

Free supports manual print pricing with one printer and a small number of filaments. Customer quote PDF export is available.
Every higher level includes the features below it. Check the table for the first level that unlocks your needed feature.
Free and Basic limit how many quotes you can save; Plus and higher are unlimited. The license table shows the current numbers.
The level and paid period shown in your account determine access.

How to interpret the result

Read across a feature row to find which levels include it. On phones, each level has its own feature card. Higher levels retain the earlier capabilities.

Limits and assumptions

The table describes feature access, not subscription pricing.
Quote, file-size and storage safeguards still apply.
Saved data is kept for 15 days after a subscription ends, then permanently deleted. Renew within that time to keep it.
